Please read the following terms and conditions before using this site.
Delivery
We usually despatch within 48 hours, although on occasion we may be waiting for stock. We will do our best to accommodate a deadline. Why not call us to check stock availability?
We ship our goods throughout Australia and charge a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 per order. Free shipping applies to all orders over $100.00. Flat rate shipping applies to all products under 3kg, additional charges may be applicable for bulky items and we will contact you accordingly.
The Corner Booth offers international shipping at a flat rate of $55. Bulky items may incur additional shipping charges and we will provide a quote based on weight and location of delivery. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Our products at times may be available for Pre-Order and these will be marked with approximate delivery time. If your order includes pre-order items, we will ship your order once complete. Requests for partially shipped orders may incur additional shipping charges.
We endeavour to have all products on our website available for immediate delivery ( unless marked pre-order) on occasions some items may be out of stock. You will be contacted immediately in this instance and we will either order the item in for you or suggest an alternative.
To minimise our impact on the environment where possible we package orders in recycled boxes and packaging. Our boxes may not be pretty but it is one small step in minimising waste.
Our parcels are sent with couriers and tracking details will be provided. Deliveries are marked Authority To Leave which means the courier will leave your package in a safe place. Please contact us if a 'safe place' is not available and we will amend this.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, incorrectly addressed parcels or lost goods. We will endeavour to assist you, should we need to contact our shipping partners.
We accept Visa and Master Card .All prices shown include GST. Additional charges do not apply for our gift-wrapping service.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand shopping online has it's difficulties and that sometimes that item may not be perfect for you.
For our womens apparel we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note or a full refund. In the event an item arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days from delivery. This applies to full priced apparel items only.
All returns must be unused, with swing tags attached and in original condition. -For exchanges please return to us and we will pay for return shipping.
-For store credit please return to us and we will issue a store credit.
-For refunds the original shipping fee is non refundable and a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to accept returns on earrings, undergarments, food, and skincare.
For giftware, baby and children's clothing we offer exchanges or credit notes. Refunds are not provided on these items.
All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Should a product be faulty please email us immediately and provide photos showing the defect. In accordance with the ACCC if the item has a minor flaw then we have the right to repair the fault and return back to you. If unable to be repaired a replacement item that matches the original purchase will be provided. Refunds will only be provided in the event that a major problem exists.
Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to The Corner Booth, and an additional charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.
In the event a refund is issued the original shipping fee is not refundable unless we are responsible for the return.
