Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping online. If your purchase isn’t right, the following conditions apply:

  • Women’s Apparel (Full Price Only)
    • Exchange, store credit, or refund available.
    • Contact us within 10 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in original condition, unworn, with swing tags attached.
    • Refunds: The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and a $10 handling fee will be deducted.
    • Exchanges: Return shipping to us is at your cost; we cover the shipping back to you.
    • Store Credit: Issued once the return is received in original condition.
  • Giftware, Baby & Children’s Clothing
    • Eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available.
  • Non-Returnable Items
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, undergarments, food, and skincare cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale Items
    • Strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale or discounted items.
  • Faulty Items
    • All items are checked before dispatch. If you believe an item is faulty, contact us immediately with photos.
    • In line with Australian Consumer Law:
      • If the fault is minor, we may repair the item and return it to you.
      • If the fault cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement.
      • Refunds are only provided where a major fault exists.
  • Return Costs
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to The Corner Booth.
    • If an exchange is requested, an additional shipping charge will apply for sending the replacement.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are at fault.

In-Store Purchases – Returns & Exchanges

Our in-store policies differ slightly from online purchases:

  • We offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced items within 10 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
  • Non-returnable categories apply in-store as well (earrings, undergarments, food, skincare).
  • Faulty items will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law as outlined above.

Christmas 2025 – Extended Returns & Exchanges

To make holiday gifting easier, we are extending our usual 10-day exchanges & returns policies for the period over Christmas.

  • Purchases made in December 2025 as Christmas gifts can be returned or exchanged in store up to Sunday 12 January 2026

  • After 12 January 2026, our standard 10-day returns and exchanges policy resumes

  • Items must be in original condition, unused and with tags attached, with proof of purchase or a gift receipt

  • All other usual conditions of our returns policy apply

This Christmas extension is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
